About Bolticoff Advisory Group

Bolticoff Advisory Group provides specialized consulting services focused on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) within the automotive aftermarket.

As EPR requirements continue to expand across the United States, companies are facing increasing pressure to understand applicability, interpret evolving regulations, and implement accurate, defensible reporting processes. Bolticoff Advisory Group was established to bring clarity and structure to this process—translating complex regulatory frameworks into practical business actions that hold up under scrutiny.

The firm supports clients across a range of EPR-related needs, including applicability assessments, multi-state compliance strategy, reporting and data validation, packaging evaluations, and ongoing regulatory monitoring. Additional support includes program registration, internal process development, and advisory on emerging requirements such as California’s SB 54 and similar state-level initiatives.

Engagements are designed to align with how businesses actually operate—ensuring compliance efforts are not only accurate, but efficient, scalable, and sustainable over time.

About Our Founder

Kylie Bolticoff is the Founder & Principal of Bolticoff Advisory Group, specializing in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance within the automotive aftermarket.

She began her work in EPR in early 2025 at Partslife, where she worked directly on reporting, data evaluation, and regulatory interpretation for companies within the automotive aftermarket. This experience provided a strong foundation in how EPR requirements are implemented in practice and where companies most often encounter challenges.

Prior to focusing on EPR, Kylie built her background within the automotive industry, working with dealerships and OEM-related environments. This experience informs her approach today, allowing her to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world business operations.

Today, through Bolticoff Advisory Group, her work is focused on helping aftermarket companies understand applicability, execute accurate reporting, and build compliance strategies that are both practical and defensible. She remains actively engaged in industry discussions and aligned with key stakeholders to ensure clients are informed, prepared, and positioned to respond as requirements continue to evolve.
